RESOLUTION
The Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas has adopted a restrictive
stance in the granting of salary increases to County Employees and/or excessive
expenditures, and
A similar policy is prevalent among other member entities of the Appraisal
District, and
The Appraisal District has for the last two (2) years given salary increases
greater than those given by member entities and such policy cannot be allowed
to continue,
The Kerr County Commissioners' Court regretfully disapproves the proposed Kerr
Central Appraisal District budget for 1987-88 until it is adjusted to reflect
a similar salary policy and provides more detail to support the expenditure
entitled "Furniture/Equipment".
