On this the 14th day of July 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Ray, with Commissioners Holland, Ray and Judge Edwards voting "AYE" and
Commissioners Lich and Baldwin voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
approving ratification of the termination of employment of SAM WHITMIRE, employee in the
Road & Bridge Department, effective as of June 30th, 1987.

PURCHASED IN 1986
On this the 14th day of July 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
I CommissionerHolland, the Court unanimously approved the request of Road Engineer Gerald W.
Menefee, to offer for sale five surplus cattle guards purchased in 1986.

N0. 17368 ACCEPTANCE OF AUDIT OF KERR COUNTY RECORDS BY DELOITTE HASKINS & SELLS, FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30th, 1986
On this the 14th day of July 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the audit of Kerr County
Records for the fiscal year, beginning October 1st, 1985 and ending September 30th, 1986, by
the firm of DELOITTE HASKINS & SELLS.

NO. 17369 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO CASON WATER WELL DRLG. IN THE AMOUNT OF $1450.00
On this the 14th day of July 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Holland, Ray and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
approving payment in full to CASON WATER WELL DRLG. in the amount of $1,450.00, payable out
of Road and Bridge Fund, Acct. #15-611-570.
(Amount paid previously - $3500.00 + this payment $1,450.00 = $4,950.00 instead of $5100.00
as shown on statement.)
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the above fund in the amount of $1,450.00.
