' o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o PETITION FOR ABANDONMENT OF A PUBLIC ROADWAY TO: The Honorable Commissioners Court Kerr County, Texas Pursuant to Article 6702-1, Section 2.003 of Vernon's Annotated Texas Civil Statutes, the undersigned, being freeholders in Commissioners Precinct 1 of Kerr County, Texas, hereby petition said Court to discontinue the use of a portion of a public roadway in Kerr County, Texas. The portion of public roadway sought to be discontinued is described as follows: A part of that particular roadway known as Lin Prong Road which is located on that certain property described in EXHIBIT "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof for all
