day of July 1987, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

Three bids were received by the Kerr County Road Engineer for concrete Łor Ranchero
Road Project and were opened at 10:00 o'clock A. M. July 13th, 1987 and read aloud by the
County Judge. The bids are listed as follows:

N0. 17336 BIDS FOR SUPPLYING CONCRETE ON THE RANCHERO ROAD PROJECT REFERRED TO COUNTY ROAD
ENGINEER FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION
On this the 13th day of July 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Holland, Lich and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Ray "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority
vote, it was approved that all bids received for supplying concrete on the Ranchero Road
Project, be referred to the Kerr County Road Engineer for study and recommendation.

NO. 17337 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 13th day of July 1987, came on to be considered by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims
and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Road & Bridge, County Law Library,
Public Library, Juvenile Services, Juvenile State Aid and 216th District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

On this the 13th day of July 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court of
the Regular Meeting on June 8th, 1987, June 9th, 1987, June 10th, 1987, Special Emergency
Session June 18th and 19th, 1987, Special Session on June 22nd, 1987, Special Emergency
Session on June 25th, 1987 and Special Session on July 7th & 8th, 1987, Volume Q, Pages 411

JUDGMENTS RENDERED AND COLLECTED FOR QUARTER ENDING JUNE 30, 1987
On this the 13th day of July 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
~Iby Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the County Clerk's Quarterly Report
jof Fines Imposed and Collected and Judgments Rendered and Collected in the County Court by
the Clerk of said Court in the amount of $70,884.54, for quarter ending June 30th, 1987.

NO. 17341 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S QUARTERLY REPORT ENDING JUNE 30th, 1987
' On this the 13th day of July 1987, in Regular Session of the Commissioners' Court, came
on for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy H. Hilburn, County Treasurer of Kerr County,
Texas, for the period beginning April 1st, 1987 and ending June 30th, 1987, and the same
having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part hereof, and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are fo;~nd correct as
therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is hereby
ap~iroved and the Olerk of the Court is hereby ordered' to file same in the mecord accounts. of.
said Treasurer in accordance with this order.

PETITION FOR ABANDONMENT OF A PUBLIC ROADWAY
TO: The Honorable Commissioners Court
Kerr County, Texas
Pursuant to Article 6702-1, Section 2.003 of Vernon's Annotated Texas Civil Statutes,
the undersigned, being freeholders in Commissioners Precinct 1 of Kerr County, Texas, hereby
petition said Court to discontinue the use of a portion of a public roadway in Kerr County,
Texas. The portion of public roadway sought to be discontinued is described as follows:
A part of that particular roadway known as Lin Prong Road which is located on that
certain property described in EXHIBIT "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof for all
