Specifications are on file in the office of the County Road Engineer, at the Kerr County, Courthouse. Bids will be accepted until Monday, July 13th, 1987 at 9:00 o'clock A. M. in the office of the County Road Engineer. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on July 13th, 1987 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the Regular Session of Commissioners' Court. Upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by County Judge Edwards, the Court ' unanimously approved Contract for Detention of Juvenile Offenders by and between the COUNTY OF KERR and the COUNTY OF MEDINA for one year, commencing on 15th day of June, 1987, and termina- ting on the 14th day of June, 1988, with option by either party to terminate contract upon thirty calendar days' written notice to the other party. It was further ordered that County Judge Danny R. Edwards execute the contract on behalf of Kerr County.
