COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL EMERGENCY SESSION ON JUNE 25th, 1987 at
10:00 o'clock A. M. in the County Courtroom, with the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 17330 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR SUPPLYING REINFORCING STEEL ON THE RANCHERO ROAD
PROJECT
On this the 25th day of June 1987, at the request of Gerald W. Menefee, Kerr County
Road Engineer, and upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich,
the Court unanimously approved that the Road Engineer be authorized to advertise for bids
on supplying reinforcing steel to be used by the Road and Bridge Department in reconstructing
low water crossing over and beyond Camp Meeting Creek, on the Ranchero Road Project.
Specifications are on file in the office of the County Road Engineer, at the Kerr County'
Courthouse.
Bids will be accepted until Monday, July 13th, 1987 at 9:00 o'clock A. M. in the office
of the County Road Engineer.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on July 13th, 1987 at 10:00 o'clock A. M.,
in the Regular Session of Commissioners' Court.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
