On this the 22nd day of June 1987, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of U. S. District Court Cause No. SA85CA2027, and upon motion by Commissioner Ray,
seconded by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court to authorize the
office of the County Attorney to file suit for Declaratory Judgment in State District Court
in connection with the John Hill litigation, for determination of County's responsibility in
~~ payment of legal fees.

FOR DECLARATORY JUDGMENT IN STATE DISTRICT COURT IN JOHN HILL LITIGATION
On this the 22nd day of June 1987, upon motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, and unanimously approved by the Court, it was ordered that the County
Judge request Counsel for the County and John Hill to withhold all but absolutely necessary
time involvement in U. S. District Court in the John Hill litigation, Cause No. SA85CA2027,
pending outcome of suit for Declaratory Judgment to be filed in State District Court.

NO. 17321 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO MRS. LAURA HECZKO FOR AIRE FARE FROM SAN ANTONIO TO DALLAS
FOR PLACEMENT OF A KERR COUNTY FOSTER CHILD
On this the 22nd day of June 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Treasurer and
County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to MRS. LAURA
' HECZKO for air fare from San Antonio to Dallas to accompany a Kerr County foster child for
placement in a foster home in Hopkins County, Sulphur Bluff, Texas area. Reimbursement
check for $38.00, is to be mailed to: Mrs. Laura Heczko, c/o Texas Department of Human
Services, 431 Quinlan, Kerrville, Texas 78028.

On this the 22nd day of June 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved the REPEAT OF LOTS No. 1 & No. 3 OF
CLEARVIEW ESTATES UNIT TWO, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct
ATO. One, and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR
COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amend-
ments to the regulations that were approved by the Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

Commissioner Holland, with Commissioners Holland, Ray, and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
approving payment of Invoice No. 6917 to: Cason Water Well Drilling, in the amount of
$3,500.00, out of Road & Bridge Fund -- for well Contract Yard Precinct No. 4. (The above
item was not approved in ORDER NO. 17307 - CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.)
