(Mr. Malone is ~" a licensed jailer/dispatcher.) o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 17317 ORDER CONSOLIDATING CERTAIN KERR COUNTY ELECTION PRECINCTS FOR SPECIAL ELECTION TO BE HELD AUGUST 8th, 1987 On this the 22nd day of June 1987, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of consolidating certain election precincts of Kerr County for the purpose of conduct- ing a Special Election for the purpose of voting "FOR" or "AGAINST" ".'adoption of a one-half percent County sales and use tax within the County to be used to reduce the County property tax rate", to be held on August 8th, 1987 and it appearing to the Court that Section 42.008 of the Texas Election Code authorizes the combination of any two or more Kerr County Election' Precincts into consolidation precincts for the purpose of conducting the aforesaid election; It further appearing to the Court that the costs of conducting this election would be materially reduced by certain consolidations, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Hollandr seconded by Commissioner Ray, and unanimously approved by the Court, that for the purpose of conducting the aforesaid election called for August 8th, 1987, the following consolida- tions of certain of Kerr County's regular election precincts shall be as follows: 1.
