NO. 17305 APPROVAL OR RATIFICATION OF PROPOSED AGREEMENTS BETWEEN CYNRO, INC. AND JAMES J.
TAYLOR, AND THE CITY OF KERRVILLE AND KERR COUNTY
On this the 9th day of June 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved proposed agreements between Cynro, Inc.,
"Contractor", and James J. Taylor, Owner, and the City of Kerrville and Kerr County, subject
to concurrence by the City of Kerrville.

After approval of the above order, The Commissioners' Court met in a Special Budget
Work Session until 5:15 P. M.

at 4:45 P. M.

COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED JUNE 10th, 1987 at 4:45 P. M., with all members
present.
The 9-1-1 Emergency Telephone System was discussed briefly. (No order was passed.)
Col. Bruns and Lane Wolters from the Upper Guadalupe River Authority and members
of the Community Action Group from the Kerrville South Area were present at this meeting.
Discussions were presented to the Court regarding problems and the adequacy of
septic tanks for the processing and disposal of sewage waste water in the Kerrville South
area
The Community Action Group will be present at the Commissioners' Court Meeting
scheduled for June 22nd, 1987
