Notice is hereby given that the polling places listed below will be open from 7:00 a.m. to
7:00 p.m., on August 8, 1987, for voting in a special election for the purposes of "FOR" or
"AGAINST" "Adoption oŁ a one-half percent County sales and use tax within the County to be
used to reduce the County property tax rate."
Notifiquese, por las presente, que las casillas electorales sitados abajo se abriran desde
las 7:00 a.m. hasta 7:00 p.m., el 8 de Agosto, de 1987, para votar en la Eleccion Especial

NO. 17295 PURCHASE OF BLINDS FOR TAX ASSESSOR/COLLECTOR'S OFFICE AND COUNTY
CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 8th day of June 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the purchase of 19 blinds from
Sherwin Williams $7121, at a total cost of $1352.15, which includes installation, for the
Tax Assessor's Office and the County Clerk's Office.

NO. 17296 RESIGNATION OF SUSIE SHORT BATMAN, JAILER/DISPATCHER
On this the 8th day of June 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the resignation of
SUSIE SHORT BATMAN, JAILER/DISPATCHER, be ratified and confirmed, effective as of
June 26th, 1987.

NO. 17297 MOTION REGARDING PLATTING OF 313.24 ACRES OF LAND KNOWN AS
LA REATA RANCH JOINT VENTURE
On this the 8th day of June 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the owners of 313.24
acres of land known as La Reata Ranch Joint Venture, file a plat of their property and
otherwise comply with the Kerr County "Subdivision Rules and Regulations" as per
Article 6702-1, Section 2.401, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes.

NO. 17298 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WHITE WING NORTH SUBDIVISION
On this the 8th day of June 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WHITE WING
NORTH SUBDIVISION, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Two,
and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY
SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments
to the regulations that were approved by the Commissioners` Court on April 9th, 1984.
