of June 1987, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

N0. 17285 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 8th day of June 1987, came on to be considered by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Road & Bridge, County Law
Library, Juvenile State Aid, 216th District Probation and jury Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

NO. 17286 REIMBURSEMENT TO KERR COUNTY (GENERAL FUND) FOR KERR COUNTY JUVENILE PROBATION
ACTIVITIES IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,155.00
On this the 8th day of June 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Treasurer and
County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on Juvenile Services Fund in the amount of
$4,155.00, to reimburse Kerr County (General Fund) for Juvenile Probation activities when
the Criminal Justice Grant funds were not available, for the following:

NO. 17287 MINUTES READ AND APPROVED
On this the 8th day of June 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court of
the Regular Meeting on May 11th and May 12th, 1987, of a Special Emergency Session on
D3ay 15th., 1987; and of a Special Meeting on May 21st, 1987, Volume Q, Pages 401 thru 410 of
the Commissioners' Court Minutes of Kerr County, Texas.

NO. 17288 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS APPROVED
On this the 8th day of June 1987, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and
considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk
for future reference and subject to audit.

Motion made by Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Holland, Lich

NO. 17289 AUDITOR AUTHORIZED TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR AUDIT OF KERR COUNTY RECORDS
On this the 8th day of June 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the County Auditor be authorized
to advertise for bid proposals for Audit of Kerr County Records for the fiscal year
beginning October 1st, 1986 and ending September 30th, 1987.

NO. 17290 APPROVAL OF THIRD QUARTERLY PAYMENT TO THE KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR
TAX APPRAISAL OFFICE EXPENSES FOR THE YEAR 1987
On this the 8th day of June 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the third quarterly payment to the
KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT for tax appraisal office expenses for the year 1987, in the
amount of $14,368.40.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to
draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to the F:ERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT, in the
above amount.

N0. 17291 APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF LIDDA BETTS AS SECRETARY-RECEPTIONIST IN THE
COUNTY JUDGE'S OFFICE
On this the 8th day of June 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the employment of LIDIA BETTS as
SECRETARY-RECEPTIONIST in the County Judge's Office, at a salary of $12,724.00 per annum,
$530.17 semi-monthly, effective as of June 1st, 1987, payable out of the General Fund.
(Pay Group 12, Step 1.)

NO. 17292 APPROVAL OF ADDITION OF TL4O COMMISSIONERS' TELEPHONE LINES ON THE DESK OF
THE COUNTY JUDGE'S SECRETARY
On this the 8th day of June 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Conunissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved the addition of two Commissioners'
telephone lines on the desk of the County Judge's Secretary.
