ABSENCES:
Any member having three consecutive unexcused absences shall have his membership
reviewed by the Board. By majority vote, the Board may recommend to the Kerr County
~ Commissioners' Court that such member be removed from office. The Ccurt may then act upon
such recommendation, and either remove or retain such member.
The above stated paragraph "ABSENCES" constitutes an addition to and an amendment of J

the various board creating ordinances, with such paragraph to bear the following code design~'-
tions:

and Baldwin voted "NAY"
