3. All the undersigned parties agree to accept the mutual agreements, covenants, and
concessions herein contained as full and final settlement of any and all claims arising out
of the referenced purchase of Lots 406A and 407, Cave Springs Addition Section Four, Kerr
County, Texas, and of the referenced lawsuit, each party hereto intending by these presents
to buy his peace without any admissions of fault, misfeasance, or liability with respect to
the matters herein finally decided.
