September 1st, 1986, Kerr County's portion being $14,843.27 per annum, $1,236.94 per month
($618.47 semi-monthly), effective as of May 1st, 1987, payable out of the Jury Fund.

HOSPITALIZATION INSURANCE
On this the 11th day of May 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the request of V. Murray Jordan, District'
Judge of the 198th Judicial District, that LINTON TOMLIN, Court Reporter of the 198th Judicial
District, be included in the Kerr County Group Hospitalization Insurance, (Kerr County's
portion being .61440 , effective as of May 1st, 1987.

NO. 17259 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SHERIFF CLIFTON A. GREESON TO OBTAIN VISA CARDS THROUGH
THE BANK OF KERRVILLE
On this the 11th day of May 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Holland and Lich voting "AYE" and Commissioner Ray
"ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", it was approved by a majority vote of the Court that Sheriff
Clifton A. Greeson be authorized to obtain Visa Cards for the Kerr County Sheriff's Department'
through the Bank of Kerrville.

N0. 17260 MOTION TO APPROVE RESOLUTION TO PARTICIPATE IN CERTAIN PURCHASING PROGRAMS OF THE
STATE PURCHASING AND GENERAL SERVICES COMMISSION
On this the 11th day of May 1987, a motion was made by Commissioner Holland, and seconded
by Commissioner Ray, to approve a Resolution to Participate in Certain Purchasing Programs of
the State Purchasing and General Services Commission. Commissioners Holland and Ray voted
"AYE", Commissioner Lich and County Judge Edwards voted "NAY"' said motion failed.

N0. 17261 MOTION TO PAY FEE OF $150.00 TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE SOUTH TEXAS SCHOOL
COOPERATIVE PURCHASING ORGANIZATION
On this the 11th day of May 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court considered payment of a fee of $150.00 (which would cover
mailing and printing costs) to become a member of the South Texas Cooperative Purchasing
Organization. Commissioner Holland and Commissioner Ray voted "AYE", Commissioner Lich
voted "NAY", and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINED FROM VOTING", and said motion failed.
