JORDAN, INC., for the Sanitary Landfill Closure, Phase II, in the amount of $34,750.00, in concurrence with action taken by the City Council on April 14th, 1987. i o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o 'I NO. 17245 APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF DAVID CORYELL AS AN ADULT PROBATION OFFICER FOR THE 216th JUDICIAL DISTRICT AND AMENDMENT OF BUDGET FOR PROBATION SERVICES On this the 23rd day of April 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the court unanimously approved the employment of DAVID CORYELL as an i Adult Probation Officer for the 216th Judicial District, effective as of May 1st, 1987, at a ','i salary of $1,875.00 per month, payable out of the 216th District Probation Fund. It is further ordered by the Court that the budget for the Probation Services for the ~-- 216th Judicial District be amended to reflect the above changes, as approved by Robert R. iBarton, District Judge of the 216th Judicial District. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o II NO. 17246 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 23rd day of April 1987, came on to be considered by the Court, the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Road and Bridge, County Law Library, Public Library, Criminal Justice Division, Traffic Safety, Indigent Health Care and 216th District Probation Funds. Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin and unanimously approved by the Court that said bills be paid. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 17247 APPROVAL OF SEMI-ANNUAL PAYMENT TO UPPER GUADALUPE RIVER AUTHORITY FOR ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH SERVICES PER INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 8, 1980 AND AS AMENDED APRIL 23rd, 1985 On this the 23rd day of April 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a semi-annual payment to the UPPER GUADALUPE RIVER AUTHORITY for Environmental Health Services per interagency agreement dated December Sth, 1980 and as amended April 23rd, 1985, in the amount of $58,977.00, being one- half of the approved budget for the fiscal year ending September 30th, 1987, with adjustments for fees collected and year end audit. It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher in the above amount, payable to UPPER GUADALUPE RIVER AUTHORITY for said services, payable out of the General Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o 'NO. 17248 CONFIRMATION AND APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENT OF BARRY P. STEWART AS DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS On this the 23rd day of April 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the confirmation of the appointment of BARRY P. STEWART as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, effective as of April 22nd, 1987, at a salary of $16,288.00 per annum, $1,357.33 per month, $678.67 semi-monthly, Kerr County Pay Group 17 Step 1, payable out of the General Fund. _ =____J= (Mr. Stewart is a certified officer.)
