ment, and that his salary be changed from $12,724.00 per annum, $530.17 semi-monthly to

AND REGULATIONS IN WEST CREEK HILLS SECTION ONE
On this the 20th day of April 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Attorney be
requested to investigate a possible violation of the Kerr County Subdivision Rules and Regula-'
tions in West Creek Hills Section One, Lots 10, 12, 13 and 14, and to take such action as he
deems necessary and proper under the law.

N0. 17242 MOTION TO APPROVE MEMBERS TO THE CHILD WELFARE BOARD, AS PREVIOUSLY RECOMPAENDED BY
THE CHILD WELFARE BOARD TASK FORCE
On this the 20th day of April 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded
by Commissioner Ray, with Commissioners Ray and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE",
Commissioner Holland "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", said
motion carrying by a majority vote, approving the eleven members to the Child Welfare Board,
as previously recommended by the Child Welfare Board Task Force.

On this the 23rd day of April 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved payment of $3,200.00 to Blackwell &
Associates, Inc., for engineering services for the Airport Master Plan, in concurrence with
the City of Kerrville.
