NO. 17238 APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF DESK FOR COMMISSIONERS' OFFICE
On this the 20th day of April 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the purchase of a desk in the amount of
' $125.00 for the Commissioners' Office.

N0. 17239 GERALD W. MENEFEE HIRED AS KERR COUNTY ROAD ENGINEER
On this the 20th day of April 1987, upon motion Wade by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, with Commissioners Holland and Ray and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE";,
Commissioner Baldwin voting "NAY" and Commissioner Lich "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion ~I
carrying by a majority vote, approving the hiring of GERALD W. MENEFEE as Kerr County Road
Engineer, effective as of April 27th, 1987, at a salary of $31,000.00 per annum, plus the
usual County benefits, and that Kerr County will furnish a vehicle and gas for his use
(Salary to be paid out of the Road and Bridge Fund.)
