by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Holland, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE" and
Commissioner Ray "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carried by a majority vote, approving
the County Clerk's Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed and Collected and Judgments Rendered
and Collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court in the amount of $110,272.00,
for quarter ending March 31st, 1987.

N0. 17220 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 13th day of April 1987, came on to be considered by the Court, the Semi-
Annual Report of all receipts and disbursements, of the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the
Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by
her in her hands for the period from October 1st, 1986 through March 31st, 1987, and held
on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $74030.39, and it appearing to
the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners
Holland, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE" and Commissioner Ray "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said
motion carrying by a majority vote.

N0. 17221 APPOINTMENT OF ADDITIONAL MEMBERS TO THE KERR COUNTY HISTORICAL COMMISSION
On this the 13th day of April 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of additional
members to the Kerr County Historical Commission for the 1987-1988 Term, as follows:

N0. 17222 ORDER DESIGNATING CHAS. SCHREINER BANK AS COUNTY DEPOSITORY
On this the 13th day of April 1987, came nn to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of designating the official County Depository of Kerr County, and it appearing
to the Court that the Depository Pledge Contracts submitted by the Chas. Schreiner Bank
covering deposits of County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County Public
School Funds, and County Public School Funds have been approved by the Court, pursuant to
Court Order No. 17145, dated March 9th, 1987, and in compliance with Article 2546, Vernon's
Revised Civil Statutes.
It is therefore ordered on motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner
Baldwin and unanimously approved by the Court, that the Chas. Schreiner Bank be and is heresy
designated as the Official Depository of County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds
and County Public School Funds for the two year term as set out in applicable statutes.
It is further ordered by the Court that the County Clerk be authorized to deliver a
certified copy of this order to the Chas. Schreiner Bank.

On this the 13th day of April 1987, a motion was made by Commissioner Baldwin, to

NO. 17224 APPROVE OF LINE ITEM - RE: CHILD WELFARE BOARD - IN 1987-1988 KERR COUNTY BUDGET
On this the 13th day of April 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a Line Item - Re: Child Welfare Board -
a non-reimbursable item in the 1987-1988 Kerr County Budget in the amount of $5,000.00.

N0. 17225 APPROVAL OF CHILD WELFARE CONTRACT, BETWEEN THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES ~
AND KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 13th day of April 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the CHILD WELFARE CONTRACT,
between the Texas Department of Human Services and Kerr County, Texas, be approved as written,
provided Page under F. 2, will be deemed to include the amount of $5,000.00 as referred to in '
previous Order No. 17224, dated 4/13/87.
It is further ordered by the Court that the County Judge be authorized to execute the
contract on behalf of Kerr County.

"~' Pursuant to Article 6703 and 6705 of Vernon's Annonated Texas Civil Statutes, the
undersigned, being freeholders in Commissioners Precinct 3 of Kerr County, Texas, hereby
petition said Court to abandon a public roadway easement in Kerr County, Texas. The public
roadway easement sought to be abandoned is described as follows:
That particular roadway easement, which is depicted on that certain plat of Hill
Country Ranch Estates Section Two, a subdivision of Kerr County, Texas, of record
in Volume 3, Page 30, of the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas, the easement to be
abandoned being between Lots 13 and 14 of such subdivision,
The undersigned would show the Court that the abandonment of the above-described ease-
ment as a public roadway will serve the public interest of Kerr County, Texas, and specifi-
cally, the public interest in Commissioners Precinct 3, Kerr County, Texas.
