AND JUDGMENTS RENDERED AND COLLECTED, FOR QUARTER ENDING DIARCH 31st, 1987
On this the 13th day of April 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Holland, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE" and
Commissioner Ray "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carried by a majority vote, approving
the County Clerk's Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed and Collected and Judgments Rendered
and Collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court in the amount of $110,272.00,
for quarter ending March 31st, 1987.

NO. 17220 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 13th day of April 1987, came on to be considered by the Court, the Semi-
Annual Report of all receipts and disbursements, of the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the
Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by
her in her hands for the period from October 1st, 1986 through March 31st, 1987, and held
on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $74030.39, and it appearing to
the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners
Holland, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE" and Commissioner Ray "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said
motion carrying by a majority vote.

N0. 17221 APPOINTMENT OF ADDITIONAL MEMBERS TO THE KERR COUNTY HISTORICAL COMMISSION
On this the 13th day of April 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of additional
members to the Kerr County Historical Commission for the 1987-1988 Term, as follows:

2. DIANA AKINS
3. CLEONE SPENCER

NO. 17222 ORDER DESIGNATING CHAS. SCHREINER BANK AS COUNTY DEPOSITORY
On this the 13th day of April 1987, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of designating the official County Depository of Kerr County, and it appearing
to the Court that the Depository Pledge Contracts submitted by the Chas. Schreiner Bank '
covering deposits of County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County Public
School Funds, and County Public School Funds have been approved by the Court, pursuant to
Court Order No. 17145, dated March 9th, 1987, and in compliance with Article 2546, Vernon's '
Revised Civil Statutes.
It is therefore ordered on motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioned
Baldwin and unanimously approved by the Court, that the Chas. Schreiner Bank be and is heresy
designated as the Official Depository of County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds l'
and County Public School Funds for the two year term as set out in applicable statutes.
It is further ordered by the Court that the County Clerk be authorized to deliver a
certified copy of this order to the Chas. Schreiner Bank.
