On this the 31st day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved the purchase of a recording system from
LAMER VOICE PRODUCTS DIVISION in the amount of $2,OSO.OO..and the budget is amexided accordingly.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to,
draw a voucher on the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund in the above amount, payable to LAMER VOICE
PRODUCTS DIVISION, upon acceptance and approval by the County Judge and County Auditor.

On this the 31st day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the County Treasurer and County
Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the Road and Bridge Fund in the amount of $1,960.00.,
payable to NOGALITOS GEAR, for a differential for a case loader in Precinct No. 2.

ON SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS AND ESTABLISHING TIME FOR FILING OF PLAT ON Y. O. LAIQD '~
AND CATTLE COMPANY
On this the 31st day of March 1987, a motion was made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded
by Commissioner Ray, with Commissioners Holland, Ray and Baldwin voting "AYE" and Commis-
sioner Lich and County Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
approving that Order No. 17196, dated Dlarch 20th, 1987, Re: Order for Variance on Subdivision
Regulations and Establishing Time for Filing of Plat on Y. O. Land and Cattle Company, be
amended, by adding (4) to first paragraph, to read as follows:
"(4) Property sold from this date forward will reflect ownership only to the edge
of right of way of the 60 foot road and not to the center of the road as
previously shown."

N0. 17207 MOTION TO CONSIDER ADVERTISING FOR APPLICATIONS FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
TO THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT
On this the 31st day of March 1987, a motion was made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
County Judge Edwards, to consider advertising for applications for an Administrative Assistant
to the Commissioners' Court, at a salary of $20,000.00 per annum.
Commissioners Holland, Lich and Baldwin voted "NAY". Said motion failed.

N0. 17208 RESIGNATION OF DISPATCiiER/JAILER TERRY HALL
On this the 31st day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the resignation of

Terry Hall, Dispatcher/Jailer, be ratified and confirmed, effective as of March 20th, 1987,
and that he be paid for 2 days of vacation due him, payable on the Narch 31st, 1987 payroll.

NO. 17209 APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF MICHAEL N. BABB AS A DISPATCHER-JAILER
On this the 31st day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the request of Clifton A. Greeson,
Sheriff, for employment of MICHAEL N. BABB as a Dispatcher-Jailer, effective as of March 17th,
1987, at a salary of $13,368.00 per annum, $1,114.00 per month, $557.00 semi-monthly, payable
out of the General Fund.
(Pay Group 13 Step 1 - Mr. Babb is not a certified dispatcher-jailer.)

N0. 17210 RESIGNATION OF DONALD P. GRAY, DEPUTY SHERIFF
On this the 31st day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the resignation of
DONALD P. GRAY, DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, be ratified and confirmed, effective as '
of March 20th, 1987, and that he be paid for 16 days of vacation due him, payable on the biarch
31st, 1987 payroll.
