approving that Order No. 17196, dated March 20th, 1987, Re: Order for Variance on Subdivisionl~

Regulations and Establishing Time for Filing of Plat on Y. O. Land and Cattle Company, be
amended, by adding (4) to first paragraph, to read as follows:

"(4) Property sold from this date forward will reflect ownership only to the edge
of right of way of the 60 foot road and not to the center of the road as
previously shown."

County Judge Edwards, to consider advertising for applications for an Administrative Assistant`s
to the Commissioners' Court, at a salary of $20,000.00 per annum.
Commissioners Holland, Lich and Baldwin voted "NAY". Said motion failed.
