COUNTY OF KERR X COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on March 24th,
1987, at 10:30 o'clock A. M., in the Kerr County Courtroom, with County Judge Danny R.
Edwards and Commissioners Fred Holland, Bill Ray, Victor Lich, and H. A. Baldwin present,
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 17198 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO KERR COUNTY ROAD AND BRIDGE DEPARTMENT WORK POLICIES
OF APRIL 24th, 1986
On this the 24th day of March 1987 came on to be considered the amendment to Kerr
County Road and Bridge Department Work Policies, organization of system based on whole
County, and duties (ORDER NO. 16644, dated April 24, 1986), which became effective
April 24th, 1986; and upon motion by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
the Court approved amendment, subject to approval by the County Attorney.

DEEDS ON FALL CREEK ROAD AND LAPHAM ROAD (AKA WITT ROAD)

On this the 24th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that Gary Kersey, County Attorney,
~' be authorized or instructed to prepare deeds for right-of-way easements on Fall Creek Road
~' and Lapham Road (also known as Witt Road), located in Kerr County, Texas.

NO. 17200 ORDER THAT KERR COUNTY DISSOLVE THE KERR COUNTY HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION
AND INSTRUCTING COUNTY ATTORNEY TO FILE DISSOLUTION PROCEEDINGS
On this the 24th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved that Kerr County dissolve the
Kerr County Housing Finance Corporation, and that Gary Kersey, County Attorney, be
authorized to file dissolution proceedings.

Upon motion by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court
unanimously approved Adjournment.
