!; paved roads, subject to the plat having the proper notations on the face thereof, as follows:,
(1) That the 60' easements for roads are not dedicated to the County
and are private roads.

(2) The County will not be required to maintain the roads until
accepted as provided in No. 3 below.
(3) The County will not be requested to accept such roads until the 60' easement
is properly assigned to the County and all roads are brought to County
standards for paved roads.
Discussion reflects that originally, Order No. 16331 dated October 15th, 1985 granted

a variance from Subdivision Regulations based on three representations as follows:
1) All tracts of land which my client contemplates selling at this time, would
be large acreage tracts of land with the smallest possible portion being
not less than 150 acres. It is my client's desire to sell as few tracts
.~ of land as possible, however at this time that information is not ascertainable!

in that buyers are not on hand.
2) All tracts sold by my client will be sold for agricultural purposes from
my client's point of view.
3) The portion of property on the west side of the Y-0 Ranch would require no
~ roads in as much as all tracts sold will border State Highway 83.
It now appears that items 1 and 3 are not being complied with. In order to correct
the circumstances which have developed as a result of the entering of Order No. 16331 and
the deviation from the intentions at the time of entering such order, another order is
required at this time. The outstanding motion is an effort to resolve the outstanding
problems.
There being no further discussion, upon vote, the motion carried unanimously.

Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved to adjourn the Commissioners' Court
Meeting.

COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION ON MONDAY, March 23rd, 1987
at 11:45 o'clock A. M. in the Kerr County Courtroom, with all members present except
Commissioner Victor Lich. Meeting recessed at 11:50 o'clock A. M., for a joint meeting
with the Kerrville Independent School District at Fara's Restaurant.
COURT RECONVENED in Kerr County Courtroom (same members present) on March 23rd,
1987, at 1:30 o'clock P. D4. for a demonstration of recording equipment.
No orders were passed.
A motion was made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Ray, and
unanimously approved that the Court adjourn.
