NO. 17186 APPROVAL OF COUNTY EXTENSION AGENTS' REQUEST CONCERNING THE GREAT GUADALUPE RIVER
TRASH BASH ON APRIL 25th, 1987
On this the 19th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved that the Kerr County Extension Agents be
authorized to purchase and/or rent the following items for the Great Guadalupe River Trash Bash
scheduled for April 25th, 1987:
Insurance to be purchased in the amount of $90.00,
5000 trash bags to be purchased,
J and
Rent of two portable restroom units.

N0. 17187 COUNTY ATTORNEY AUTHORIZED TO SIGN LEASE AGREEMENT FOR RENT OF OFFICE SPACE
On this the 19th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Attorney,
Gary E. Kersey, be authorized to sign a Lease Agreement for the rent of office space.

NO. 17188 COUNTY ATTORNEY AUTHORIZED TO EMPLOY A PART-TIME SECRETARY
On this the 19th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, it was unanimously approved by the Court that Gary E. Kersey, County
Attorney, be authorized to employ a part-time secretary on an hourly basis, from $4.50 to
$5.00 per hour.

NO. 17189 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF SHERIFF'S BOARD BILL IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,708.86.
On this the 19th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Treasurer
and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $4,708.86 for the
Sheriff's Board Bill, payable out of the General Fund (Code 10-512-332).

N0. 17190 APPROVAL OF QUITCLAIM FROM ENSERCH CORPORATION TO THE STATE OF TEXAS FOR
UTILITY ADJUSTMENT (U1-1984 LONE STAR GAS COMPANY - LOOP 534 PROJECT)
On this the 19th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved a Quitclaim from Enserch Corporation
to the State of Texas, acting by and through the State Highway and Public Transportation
Commission, said property situated in Kerr County, Parcel 9A, consisting of 7.592 acres of
land, being the same land described in a deed from Riverhill Club and Estates LTD. to the
State of Texas, dated March 4, 1982, recorded in Volume 262, Page 323, Deed Records of
Kerr County, Texas.

NO. 17191 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF JOHN EDSON FOR CHANGE OF RIGHT OF WAY
On this the 19th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously appoved the request of John Edson for a
change of right-of-way on property owned by Mr. Edson.
