SCHREINER BANK TO SECURE KERR COUNTY FUNDS On this the 19th day of March 1987, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of a request from the Chas. Schreiner Bank that Kerr County release a certain security pledged by said bank to secure funds on deposit by Kerr County; and it appearing to the Court that said security should be released as requested; it is therefore ordered by on motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court that the request from Chas. Schreiner Bank be granted and that the following security listed below be released: Dallas County Housing Due Interest Release It is further ordered the custodian of the afore Finance Corporation Bond $75,000.00 4-1-1998 10.375 $5,000.00 by the Court that the Frost National Bank of San Antonio, Texas, said previously pledged security, be and is hereby authorized to release same to the Chas. MURRAY JORDAN, DISTRICT JUDGE OF THE 198th JUDICIAL DISTRICT, FOR THE YEAR FEBRUARY 1987 TO FEBRUARY 1988 On this the 19th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Holland and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioners Ray and Lich voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving that payment be made for Kerr County's portion of Judicial Liability Insurance of V. Murray Jordan, District Judge of the 198th Judicial District, in the amount of $691.87, for the year February 1987 to February 1988. It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to V. Murray Jordan in the above amount for Kerr County's portion.
