O. Land and Cattle Company, advising that they are in violation of the Kerr County Subdivision "Rules and Regulations", and giving them a reasonable time to make compliance therewith, this order to be void in 10 days unless the County Attorney approves such action by the writing of such letter, and further provided, th~st the County Clerk's Office accept no more deeds for recordation until this ~~rder is voided or Y. 0. Ranch is in compliance with recording requirements, whichever occurs first. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 17175 MOTION TO AMEND SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS BY REQUIRING THE PUBLICATION OF NOTICE ON ALL REPEATS On this the 12th day of March 1987, a motion was made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, with Commissioners Ray and Holland voting "AYE", Commissioners Lich and Baldwin voting "NAY", and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", that the Kerr County Subdivision Rules and Regulations be amended, by requiring publication of notice on all replatS according to Article 6626e Section 2 (a) and (b), effective as of April 1st, 1987. MOTION FAILED. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 17176 COUNTY JUDGE AUTHORIZED TO WRITE LETTERS TO DUANE F.
