sioner Lich "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving that
Order No. 17124, dated February 19th, 1987, Re: Motion that Construction of Fence on Fall
Creek Road be Handled Through Bidding Process, be rescinded, in its entirety.

On this the 9th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the continuation of the employment of
Deputy County Clerk Winnie T. Warmbier, as requested by her and County Clerk Patricia Dye,
as per personnel policies and Texas County and District Retirement System Manual.

PROBATION OFFICE TO FULL-TIME POSITION AND AMENDMENT OF BUDGET FOR PROBATION
SERVICES FOR THE 216TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
On this the 9th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded

sioner Ray "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving the
change of part-time position of Ingrid Kruse, Secretary for the 216th District Probation
OĢĢice in Fredericksburg, Texas, to a full-time position, effective as of March 15th, 1987, ,.
and that her salary be increased from $675.00 per month to $1,125.00 per month. '
It is further ordered by the Court that the budget for Probation Services for the 216th
Judicial District be amended to reflect the above changes.
