On this the 9th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Ray, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE and Commissioner
Holland voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving the sale of plastic
pipe in an approximate amount of $770.00 to the TEXAS LIONS CAtdP FOR CRIPPLED CHILDREN.

NO. 17164 COUNTY TREASURER AUTHORIZED TO DEPOSIT CHECK FROM SYL CORPORATION IN THE AMOUNT
OF $50.00 REGARDING PROJECT MANUAL AND DRAWINGS FOR THE JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER
On this the 9th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Treasurer
be authorized to deposit check No. 444 (by Sylvia Ybarra) for SYL CORPORATION, unsuccessful
bidder for the Juvenile Detention Center.
This action was recommended by Michael Neal Walker, Architect, since he was unable to
obtain the project manual and drawings for which the deposit was made.
(Check No. 444 in amount of $50.00).

N0. 17165 MOTION THAT SHERIFF BE AUTHORIZED TO NEGOTIATE WITH LANDOWNER REGARDING PRIVATE
ROAD DAMAGE REPAIR OFF OF MARSHALL DRIVE IN KERRVILLE SOUTH
On this the 9th day of March 1987, a motion was made by Commissioner Holland, that
Sheriff Clifton A. Greeson be authorized to negotiate with landowner William Lockridge
regarding a private road damage repair, off of Marshall Drive in Kerrville South, a settle-
ment of an amount up to $200.00.
Motion failed for lack of a second.

NO. 17166 APPFOVAL OF ABANDONMENT OF A PUBLIC ROADWAY EASEMENT, SUBJECT TO POSTING OF NOTICE'
FOR TWENTY DAYS
On this the 9th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the Abandonment of a Public Roadway
Easement in Commissioner's Precinct No. 3, which is depicted on a Plat of Hill Country Ranch
Estates, Section Two, of record in Volume 3, Page 30, of the Plat Records of Kerr County,
Texas, the easement to be abandoned being between Lots 13 and 14 of such subdivision, subject
to notice being posted for 20 days.

On this the 9th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that Order No. 16894, dated
October 14th, 1986 - Re: approval of PRELIMINARY PLAT OF DOS ROBLES and Order No. 16895,
dated October 14th, 1986 - Re: Approval of FINAL PLAT OF DOS ROBLES, be rescinded in their
entirety, effective this date, due to non-payment of recording fees.
