dues to the South Texas Judges & Commissioners' Association in the amount of $100.00, and

that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher in the above

N0. 17160 APPROVAL OF SECOND QUARTERLY PAYMENT TO THE KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR
TAX APPRAISAL OFFICE EXPENSES FOR THE YEAR 1987
On this the 9th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the second quarterly payment to the
KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT for tax appraisal office expenses for the year 1987, in the
amount of $14,368.40.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to the KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT, in
the above amount.

On this the 9th day of March 1987, a motion was made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Holland and unanimously approved by the Court that an agenda be posted of
a joint meeting with the Kerrville Independent School District on March 23rd, 1987 at 11:45
A. M., to discuss problems surrounding the Nimitz Elementary School.

COMMUNICATIONS FOR RADIO CONSOLE FOR SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
On this the 9th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved amending ORDER NO. 16948, dated
November 20th, 1986, Re: Acceptance of Bid of Shields Radio Communications for Radio
Console for Sheriff's Department, by deleting the following portion of the order "payable
to SHIELDS RADIO COMMUNICATIONS', and adding the following "payable to GENERAL ELECTRIC
COMPANY, P. O. Box 84637, Dallas, Tex 75284".
