On this the 9th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved that the Tax Assessor-Collector be
authorized to transfer outstanding stale dated checks over two years old, in the total amount'
of $741.50, to the Kerr County Treasurer; and further ordered that the County Treasurer be
authorized to issue a refund in the event one of the checks is presented for payment.

N0. 17156 CERTIFICATION OF JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER BY KERR COUNTY JUVENILE BOARD
On this the 9th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner	Baldwin, the	Court unanimously approved	CERTIFICATION OF THE	JUVENILE	DETENTION
CENTER BY THE	KERR COUNTY	JUVENILE BOARD, pursuant to	Article 51.12(c).	Detention	facilities
were inspected at Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas on the 27th day of February 1987 and found
to be suitable for the detention of children, as per Juvenile Board.

JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER

by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the request of David Cawthon, Assistant
Juvenile Probation Officer, for the employment of part-time employees at the Kerr County
Juvenile Detention Center, to be paid on an hourly basis at $5.00 per hour, as needed, payable
out of the General Fund, listed as follows:
