CENTER BY THE	KERR COUNTY	JUVENILE BOARD, pursuant to	Article 51.12(c)	Detention	facilities
were inspected at Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas on the 27th day of February 1987 and found
to be suitable for the detention of children, as per Juvenile Board.
