THE DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 9th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of OFFICE
COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS INC. for a Reader-Printer for the District Clerk's Office, in the
amount of $15,295.00, as recommended by County Auditor Don Williamson and District Clerk
Linda Uecker.

NO. 17145 APPROVAL OF DEPOSITORY PLEDGE CONTRACTS FOR ALL COUNTY FUNDS, COUNTY AND DISTRICT
COURT TRUST FUNDS AND COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL FUNDS
On this the 9th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the County Depository Pledge Contracts
submitted by the Chas. Schreiner Bank, for all County Funds, County & District Court Trust
Funds and County Public School Funds, for the next ensuing two years.

N0. 17146 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 9th day of March 1987, came on to be considered by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Road and Bridge, Jury, Traffic
Safety, 216th District Probation and County Law Library Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Ray and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

On this the 9th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court of the
Regular Dieeting on February 9th, 1987, of the Special Emergency Meeting on February 18th,
1987, of the Special Meeting on February 19th, 1987 and of the Special Meeting on February
27th, 1987, Volume Q, Pages 359 thru 371.

On this the 9th day of March 1987, came on to be examined by the Court the various

NO. 17149 APPROVAL OF SELECTION OF CONSULTING FIRM OF BLACKWELL AND ASSOCIATES, INC. TO
UPDATE THE CURRENT LOUIS SCHREINER FIELD MASTER PLAN
On this the 9th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved selection of the firm of Blackwell
and Associates to update the current Louis Schreiner Field Master Plan, as recommended by
the City of Kerrville and the Joint Airport Advisory Board.

N0. 17150 CITY OF KERRVILLE AUTHORIZED TO ADVERTISE AND ACCEPT BIDS FOR PHASE II SANITARY
LANDFILL CLOSURE
On this the 9th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved that the City of Kerrville be authorized'
to advertise and accept bids for PHASE II SANITARY LANDFILL CLOSURE.

NO. 17151 RESIGNATION OF CLAOME WEISHAAR AS SECRETARY TO THE COUNTY COURT AT LAW JUDGE
On this the 9th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the resignation of
CLAOME WEISHAAR,Secretary to the County Court at Law Judge, be ratified and confirmed, effec-
tive March 13th, 1987.

N0. 17152 EMPLOYMENT OF MRS. EILEEN M. h1EEK AS COURT SECRETARY TO THE COUNTY COURT AT LAW
JUDGE
On this the 9th day of March 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the employment of Mrs. Eileen M.
Meek as Court Secretary to the County Court at Law Judge, William L. Baskette, Jr., at a
salary of $14,045.00 per annum, $1,170.42 per month - $585.21 semi-monthly, Pay Group 14
Step 1, effective as of March 11th, 1987, payable out of the General Fund.
