by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of H. A. Baldwin,
Commissioner of Precinct #4, as a Member, representing Kerr County Commissioners' Court, to
the Emergency Management Group.

POSITION OF A CIVIL ENGINEER, AS QUALIFIED UNDER THE OPTIONAL COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM,
ARTICLE 6702-1, TEXAS CIVIL STATUTES
On this the 27th daw of February 1957, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, and with a quorum present, it was unanimously approved by the Court
that County Judge Danny R. Edwards be authorized to issue a notice by publication for applica+-
tions for the position of a Civil Engineer, as qualified under the Optional County Road ~~
System, Article 6702-1, Texas Civil Statutes, until 10:00 o'clock a. m., March 19th, 1987.
Salary negotiable -- $30,000.00 up.
