On this the 19th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded; by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved a proposed Ambulance Contract, subject., to revisions, between the City of Kerrville and Kerr County and Kerr County EMS, a division of CYNRO, INC., as recommended by the Kerrville-Kerr County Public Safety Committee at their meeting on February 17th, 1987, effective as of March 2nd, 1987, payable monthly in the amount of $5,200.00 (Kerr County's portion being $2,600.00), with the first payment due and payable the first day of the month next following the month in which the Contract begins and continuing thereafter during the term of the Contract, such that Contractor is paid such monthly payment after rendering each month of service hereunder. Such contract also providing for the purchase of one defibrillator at a cost of $5,256.50, ', such to remain the property of Kerr County, but with all maintenance and repairs to be by Kerri County EMS, a division of Cynro, Inc. It is further ordered by the Court that County Judge Danny R. Edwards be authorized to execute said contract on behalf of Kerr County. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 17130 ACCEPTANCE OF ALTERNATE BID OF BFI FOR DISPOSAL OF REFUSE BASED ON THE COLLECTION OF A PRORATED FEE OF $14.30 PER TON On this the 19th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the Alternate Bid of BFI for disposal of refuse based on the collection of a prorated fee of $14.30 per ton, with a minimum charge of $1.00, effective as of October 1st, 1987.
