On this the 19th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded:, ~I by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved a proposed Ambulance Contract, subject '~ to revisions, between the City of Kerrville and Kerr County and Kerr County EMS, a division of CYNRO, INC., as recommended by the Kerrville-Kerr County Public Safety Committee at their ii i meeting on February 17th, 1987, effective as of March 2nd, 1987, payable monthly in the amount of $5,200.00 (Kerr County's portion being $2,600.00), with the first payment due and payable 'lithe first day of the month next following the month in which the Contract begins and continuing 'ithereafter during the term of the Contract, such that Contractor is paid such monthly payment after rendering each month of service hereunder. Such contract also providing for the purchase of one defibrillator at a cost of $5,256.50, such to remain the property of Kerr County, but with all maintenance and repairs to be by Kerr County EMS, a division of Cynro, Inc. It is further ordered by the Court that County Judge Danny R. Edwards be authorized to execute said contract on behalf of Kerr County. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o !NO. 17130 ACCEPTANCE OF ALTERNATE BID OF BFI FOR DISPOSAL OF REFUSE BASED ON THE COLLECTION OF A PRORATED FEE OF $14.30 PER TON ~ On this the 19th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the Alternate Bid of IBFI for disposal of refuse based on the collection of a prorated fee of $14.30 per ton, with ~a minimum charge of $1.00, effective as of October 1st, 1987. The rate of $14.30 per ton comprises $10.80 per ton to be retained by BFI and the remain- ing $3.50 to be remitted to the City of Kerrville by the Contractor, BFI. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 17131 APPROVAL OF SELECTION OF ADDITIONAL MEMBERS TO SERVE ON SALARY GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE TO REPLACE SOME MEMBERS THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY SELECTED, WHO WERE UNABLE TO SERVE On this the 19th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, and in compliance with Article 3912k Subsection (b) (4), Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes, the Court unanimously approved selection of additional members to serve on a Salary Grievance Committee, to replace some members that were previously selected on January 12th, 1987, who were unable to serve.
