Edwards. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 17120 BIDS FOR READER-PRINTER FOR DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICE REFERRED TO COUNTY AUDITOR AND DISTRICT CLERK FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION On this the 19th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second- ed by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that all bids received for a reader-printer for the District Clerk's Office, be referred to the County Auditor and i ~. District Clerk for study and recommendation. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 17121 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO TEXAS LAWYERS' INSURANCE EXCHANGE (TLIE) AND AMENDING BUDGET OF COUNTY COURT AT LAW AND CREATING LINE ITEM NO.10-427-206 On this the 19th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund (Code 10-427-206) payable, to the TEXAS LAWYERS' INSURANCE EXCHANGE (TLIE) in the amount of $1,175.00 for liability insurance for the County Court at Law Judge. It is further ordered by the Court that the 1986-1987 Budget for the County Court at Law be amended by creating a new Line Item, No. 10-427-206, for the above amount. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 17122 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 19th day of February 1987, came on to be considered by the Court, the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Road and Bridge, Jury, County Law Library, Juvenile Services, Revenue Sharing Trust, Kerr County Public Library, C/ 216th District Probation and Indigent Health Care Funds. Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously '~ approved by the Court that said bills be paid, with the exception of Inv. 4051 in the amount ' of $15.00. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 17123 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO SHIELDS RADIO COMMUNICATIONS FOR RADIO EQUIPMEN'P AND REPAIRS FOR THE ROAD AND BRIDGE DEPARTMENT On this the 19th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the Road and Bridge Fund in the amount of $17,160.52, payable to SHIELDS RADIO COMMUNICATIONS, for radio equipment and repairs, listed as follows: 15-600-570 Repeater Equipment 15-611-450 Repairs 15-611-570 11 Radios $6,480.00 $3,384.00 $7,296.52 o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 17124 MOTION THAT CONSTRUCTION OF FENCE ON FALL CREEK ROAD BE HANDLED THROUGH BIDDING PROCESS On this the 19th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second- ed by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Holland, Ray and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving that the construction of a fence on Fall Creek Road be handled through bidding process. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 17125 PAYMENT TO CLAUDE EVANS AND DEBORAH EVANS - RE: CAUSE N0. SA-86-CA-184 On this the 19th day of February 1987, upon motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved payment to CLAUDE EVANS and DEBORAH EVANS, in pending litigation - Cause No. SA-86-CA-184 - Claude & Deobrah Evans vs. Cliff Greeson, et al, in the amount of $7,500.00 for settlement in this cause. It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to CLAUDE EVANS AND DEBORAH EVANS. BURNEY AS A DISPATCHER/JAILER, EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 9th, 1987 On this the 19th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second- ed by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved the employment of PATRICIA A.
