~ On this the 9th day of February 1987, came on to be considered the request of Jack
Smith, Road Administrator, to transfer a County Employee to the Road and Bridge Department.
Motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioner
Baldwin and Lich voting "AYE", (Commissioner Ray absent), and Commissioner Holland and County
Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said motion failed.

N0. 17116 APPROVAL OF SALARY INCREASE OF DAN McCLANAHAN AND REINSTATEMENT OF ROBERT
CORONADO, EMPLOYEES IN THE ROAD AND BRIDGE DEPARTMENT
On this the 9th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, secondedll
~' by Commissioner Baldwin, (Commissioner Ray absent at this time), the Court unanimously approv-{
ed a salary increase of DAN McCLANAHAN and reinstatement of ROBERT CORONADO, employees in
+-- ' the Road and Bridge Department, effective as of February 16th, 1987, listed as follows:

I DAN McCLANAHAN - from $12,724.00 per annum - $530.17 semi- 4
monthly, pay group 12 step 1, to $14,045.00,

ROBERT CORONADO - reinstated from $13,042.00 per annum - $543.42
semi-monthly, pay group 12 step 2, to $16,288.00
per annum - $678.67 semi-monthly, pay group 13

NO. 17117 CHAS. SCHREINER BANK SELECTED AS COUNTY DEPOSITORY
On this the 9th day of February 1987, came on to be considered by the Court, the bid of
CHAS. SCHREINER BANK, offering its service as Depository for County Funds, County and District
Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds, for the ensuing two years and without
service charge to Kerr County, Texas.
Zt appearing to the Court that the bid of CHAS. SCHREINER BANK offers the most favorable
terms and conditions and that said Bank is duly qualified to serve as such Depository and
has complied with the conditions of notice duly published as required by law.

Upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Lich, with Commis-
sioners Holland, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE", (Commissioner Ray "ABSENT"), and County Judge~~
Edwards "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving that the j'
bid of CHAS. SCHREINER BANK is ordered accepted and said bank is hereby selected as Depository)
of all County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds, for

the next ensuing two years.
Said bank is hereby directed to make good and sufficient bonds or deposit sufficient
securities as required by law, in the necessary amount to cover each of said funds, and in
the proper form prescribed by law, and submit same, together with copies of said Depository
Contracts to this Court for approval at its next Regular Term.
