On this the 9th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that County Judge Danny R.
Edwards be authorized to write a letter to Tom Brundage, requesting him to remove the
obstructions in the Kerr County right of way on the old Cypress Creek Road within one week
from date of receipt of letter.

NO. 17111 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS OUT OF ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 9th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
!' by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved payment of claims and accounts out
of the Road and Bridge Fund, excluding Invoice 3669 in the amount of $31.14 to Holt Machinery
Co., which was a credit memorandum.

improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION
~i "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regula-
tions that were approved by the Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
