N0. 17104 COUNTY JUDGE EDWARDS AUTHORIZED TO SIGN RESOLUTION AFFIRMING STATUS OF THE
KERRVILLE-KERR COUNTY JOINT AIRPORT BOARD
On this the 9th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, it was unanimously approved by the Court that County Judge Danny R.
Edwards be authorized to sign a Resolution affirming the status of the Kerrville-Kerr County
Joint Airport Board, on behalf of Kerr County.

'' N0. 17105 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO MICHAEL NEAL WALKER, ARCHITECT, FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AND REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES REGARDING THE JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER
~ On this the 9th day of February 1987, a motion was made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved payment in the amount of $545.66
~~ to MICHAEL NEAL WALKER, ARCHITECT, for professional services for January 1987 ($440.00) and
I reimbursable expenses for long distance, printing and shipping costs for months of November,
December and January ($105.66), regarding the Juvenile Detention Center, payable out of the
F.evenue Sharing Trust Fund.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund in the above amount, payable to MICHAEL
NEAL WALKER, ARCHITECT.

N0. 17106 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF LINDA UECKER, DISTRICT CLERK, FOR EMPLOYMENT OF
MICHELE TERRY, AS A DEPUTY DISTRICT CLERK
On this the 9th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously apprlved the application of Linda Uecker, District
Clerk, for the employment of MICHELE TERRY, effective as of February 4th, 1987, at a salary of
$11,528.00 per annum, $480.33 semi-monthly, payable out of the General Fund (Pay Group #10,
Step 1), and that her deputation be effective as of the date of her qualification.

On this the 9th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved to defer Item No. 23 on the February
9th, 1987 Commissioners' Court Agenda - Re: Consider approval of salary increase for Bail
Board Secretary Carolyn Haines, until the Bail Bond Board Authority is determined.

by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved coding changes made by the County

NO. 17109 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO THE LANE VALLEY COMMUNITY CENTER IN THE AMOUNT OF $116.65
On this the 9th day of February 1987, upon motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Treasurer
and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to the LANE
VALLEY COMMUNITY CENTER, in the amount of $116.65 for reimbursement for utilities.
