On this the 9th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Holland, Ray, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE" and
County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", motion carried by a majority vote that LARRY
GRAHAM be appointed as a member of the Kerr County Industrial Development Corporation, to
replace JACK MOORS, whose term expired January 31, 1986.

ADVISORY BOARD OF EDWARDS UNDERGROUND WATER DISTRICT
On this the 9th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved appointment of H. A. Baldwin (Kerr
County Commissioner of Precinct No. 4) as Kerr County representative to the Citizens' Advisory
Board of the Edwards Underground Water District, to replace Billy Joe Guthrie, Jr., former
' Commissioner of Precinct No. Four.

NO. 17095 COUNTY ATTORNEY AUTHORIZED TO PREPARE QUIT-CLAIM DEEDS TO PERRY LICH AND CALVIN
B. PFEIFFER, AS TO A PORTION OF THE CYPRESS CREEK COUNTY ROAD ADJACENT TO F. M.
ROAD 1341
On this the 9th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Attorney,
!I Gary E. Kersey, be authorized to prepare Quit-Claim Deeds to Perry Lich and Calvin B. Pfeiffer,
as to a portion of the Cypress Creek County Road, adjacent to F. M. Road 1341.
It is further ordered by the Court that County Judge Danny R. Edwards be authorized to
execute said quit-claim deeds on behalf of Kerr County.

The receiving of bids for the Depository of County Funds, County and District
Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds of Kerr County, was declared closed at this

On this the 9th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the one (1) County
Depository Bid for Contracts to be let by the County, received from Chas. Schreiner Bank
(Kerrville, Texas), be referred to County Auditor Don 4Jilliamson for study and recommendation,
prior to awarding of Contract.
