day of February 1987, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular
Term of Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

On this the 9th day of February 1987, came on to be considered by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Road & Bridge, County Law.;
Library, Revenue Sharing Trust, 216th District Probation and Juvenile State Aid Funds. II
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Ray and unanimously approved II
by the Court that said bills be paid, with the exception of Road & Bridge (for further review)

On this the 9th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the opening of bids
for a Reader-Printer for the District Clerk's Office be tabled until February 19th, 1987
at 10:00 o'clock A. M.
Sealed bids for the Reader-Printer will be accepted until 5:00 o'clock P. M., Friday,
February 13th, 1987, in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Kerrville, Texas.

On this the 9th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded',
by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court of the'
Regular Meeting on January 12th, 1987, of the Special Meeting on January 19th, 1987, of the
Special Meeting on January 22nd, 1987, of the Special Meeting on January 26th, 1987 and of
the Special Emergency Meeting on January 29th, 1987, Volume Q, Pages 338 thru 358.

County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", motion carried by a majority vote that LARRY
GRAHAM be appointed as a member of the Kerr County Industrial Development Corporation, to
replace JACK MOORE, whose term expired January 31, 1986.

ADVISORY BOARD OF EDWARDS UNDERGROUND WATER DISTRICT
On this the 9th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved appointment of H. A. Baldwin (Kerr
County Commissioner of Precinct No. 4) as Kerr County representative to the Citizens' Advisory
Board of the Edwards Underground Water District, to replace Billy Joe Guthrie, Jr., former
Commissioner of Precinct No. Four.

ROAD 1341 '
On this the 9th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by !
Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Attorney,
Gary E. Kersey, be authorized to prepare Quit-Claim Deeds to Perry Lich and Calvin B. Pfeiffer,
as to a portion of the Cypress Creek County Road, adjacent to F. M. Road 1341.
It is further ordered by the Court that County Judge Danny R. Edwards be authorized to '
~i execute said quit-claim deeds on behalf of Kerr County.
