PFEIFFER, AS TO A PORTION OF THE CYPRESS CREEK COUNTY ROAD ADJACENT TO F. M. ROAD 1341 ' On this the 9th day of February 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by ! Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Attorney, Gary E. Kersey, be authorized to prepare Quit-Claim Deeds to Perry Lich and Calvin B. Pfeiffer, as to a portion of the Cypress Creek County Road, adjacent to F. M. Road 1341. It is further ordered by the Court that County Judge Danny R.
