JUDGE FOR CONFERENCE FEES TO ATTEND THE 29TH ANNUAL COUNTY JUDGES AND COMMISSIONERS
CONFERENCE AT TEXAS A & D4
On this the 26th day of January 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved payment of registration fees for three
County Commissioners in the amount of $165.00 ($55.00 each member), payable to the V. G.
Young Institute of County Government, for the 29th Annual County Judges and Commissioners'
Conference at Texas A & M.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized

to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the above amount, payable to V. G. Young Institute
of County Government. (Conference to be held February 24th, 25th, and 26th, 1987.)
It is further ordered by the Court that County Judge Danny R. Edwards be reimbursed in
the amount of $55.00 for registration fees previously paid (by him) for this conference,
payable out of the General Fund.

On this the 29th day of January 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the KERRVILLE - KERR COUNTY PRISONER
WORK CONTRACT, between Kerr County, Texas, hereinafter referred to as County", with accept-
ance and agreement by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department, and the City of Kerrville, herein-
after referred to as the "City", to allow said prisoners and/or probationers to perform public
works for the City.
It is ordered by the Court that County Judge Danny R. Edwards be authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of Kerr County.
