Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Ray, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE" and Commissioner
Holland voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving the REPEAT OF TRACT
134, KERRVILLE SOUTH II, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No.
1, and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY
SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to
the regulations that were approved by the Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

';'County pay for the monthly electrical bills for the Center Point Street Lights and for the
Ilmaintenance and repair of the lights, as shown on agenda request submitted to the Court by
Pdr. Ray.
Motion failed for lack of a second.
