CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR ALTERATIONS AND RENOVATION OF THE JUVENILE DETENTION
CENTER AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO MICHAEL NEAL WALKER, ARCHITECT
On this the 22nd day of January 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-

ed by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously accepted the certificate of completion of the
Contract with Clark & Stroman Construction, Inc. for alterations and renovation of the
Juvenile Detention Center and approved final payment to MICHAEL NEAL WALKER in the amount
of $560.00 for professional services during the month of December 1986, regarding alteration
and renovations to the Juvenile Detention Center on the third floor of the Kerr County
Courthouse.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the Revenue Sharinq Trust Fund in the amount of $560.00, payable to
MICHAEL NEAL WALKER for said services.

NO. 17064 APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CLARK & STROMAN CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR ALTERATIONS
AND RENOVATION OF THE JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER
On this the 22nd day of January 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, secondec
by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved the final payment to Clark & Stroman
Construction, Inc. for alterations and renovation of the Juvenile Detention Center in the
amount of $2,848.00, as recommended by Michael Neal Walker, Architect.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund in the above amount, payable to CLARK
& STROMAN CONSTRUCTION, INC., subject to releases of Mechanics' Liens.
(The above amount is the lOg retainage fee.)

NO. 17065 APPROVAL OF BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR THE JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OF PRECINCT ONE
On this the 22nd day of January 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Holland, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE" and
Commissioner Ray voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote, amending the 1986-
87 Budget of the Justice of the Peace of Precinct One, by increasing an amount of $384.40
for the telephone system.
(Commissioner Ray was apposed as he thought this item should come out of Capital Outlay.)
