County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund,
payable to the SIXTH REGIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE DISTRICT, in the amount of $1,684.97, for the
calendar year 1987, as Kerr County's assessment for the operation and maintenance of the
Sixth Administrative Judicial District, which now includes the assessment for the County Court
at Law

NO. 17060 APPROVAL OF 1986-1987 BUDGET AMENDMENT
On this the 22nd day of January 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the 1986-87 Budget be
amended in the amount of $884.97 to reflect the increase in Kerr County'a assessment for the
Poperation and maintenance of the Sixth Administrative Judicial District, which was not included
at the time that the Budget was adopted.

COMMISSIONERS' COURT MEETING REGARDING A PROPOSED LEASE BETWEEN KERR COUN^1Y AND THE
I KERRVILLE LITTLE LEAGUE
On this the 22nd day of January 1987, a motion was made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Ray and unanimously approved by the Court that Item No. 5 of the January 22nd,
:1987 Commissioners' Court Agenda, regarding a proposed lease between Kerr County and the
Kerrville Little League, be tabled until the February 9th, 1987 Regular Commissioners' Court
Meeting.

NO. 17062 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S QUARTERLY REPORT ENDING DECEMBER 31st, 1986
On this the 22nd day of January 1987, in Special Session of the Commissioners' Court,
came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy H. Hilburn, County Treasurer of Kerr
County, Texas, for the period beginning October 1st, 1986 and ending December 31st, 1986, and
the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become a
!part hereof, and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since the
'filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as there-
in shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is hereby
approved and the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts of
said Treasurer in accordance with this order.

by the Court.
