COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN WORK SESSION ON MONDAY, JANUARY 19th, 1987 in the
County Court at Law Courtroom at 9:00 o'clock A. M., with all members present, and the Court ,
having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 17053 MOTION TO WAIVE READING OF THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT h4INUTES OF THE LAST MEETING
On this the 19th day of January 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved a motion to waive the reading of the
Commissioners' Court Minutes of the last meeting.

NO. 17054 MOTION OF COMMISSIONER RAY THAT NO DECISIONS BE MADE AT COMMISSIONERS' COURT
WORK SESSIONS
On this the 19th day of January 1987, a motion was made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by :,'ommissioner Baldwin and unanimously approved by the Court that no decisions be made at
Commissioners' Court work sessions.
