On this the 12th day of January 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
` by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved the REPEAT OF TRACT 12 OF THE REPEAT OF
PECAN VALLEY SUBDIVISION, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct
No. 2, and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB
COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and
amendments to the regulations that were approved by the Commissioners' Court on April 9th,
1984.

On this the 12th day of January 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved ratification of changes to the Land-
fill Contract and Bid Specifications as agreed upon at the City-County Landfill meeting on
January 8th, 1987.
