NO. 17033 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR A READER-PRINTER FOR THE DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 12th day of January 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge of Kerr County, Texas
be authorized to advertise for a Reader-Printer for use by the Kerr County District Clerk's
Office.
Bids to be without trade-in.
Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be accepted until 5:00 o'clock P. M., Friday February 6th, 1987 in the County
Clerk's Office of Kerr County, Kerrville, Texas.
Bids must be for equipment which complies with specifications on file in the office of
the County Clerk of Kerr County.
Bids will be publicly opened on Monday, February 9th, 1987 at 10:30 o'clock A. M.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

NO. 17035 ORDER FOR PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF COUNTY DEPOSITORY FOR TWO YEAR PERIOD
On this the 12th day of January 1987, came on to be considered by the Court the necessity
to make notice by publication for the County Depository for two ensuing years, as per Article
2544, Vernon's Texas Statutes, and it appearing to the Court that such notice should be in
compliance with Article 2544, V. T. S., to enter into a contract with any banking corporatiory
association or individual banker of said County, for the Depository of the County Funds,
County and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds of said County in any
bank, therefore, on motion duly made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Judge be, and is hereby directed to
issue such notice of publication in the official newspaper of Kerr County, located within
the City of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, within twenty days before the Regular February
Term, to comply with said Article 2544, V.T.S.

Texas Association of Counties Newsline and the access to their service through the County
