'j On this the 12th day of January 1987, a motion was made by Commissioner Ray, that
~I~ Martin Luther King Day be observed as a Holiday on Monday, January 19th, 1987, instead of
Columbus Day on Monday, October 12th, 1987.
Motion failed for lack of a second.

NO. 17033 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR A READER-PRINTER FOR THE DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 12th day of January 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge of Kerr County, Texas
be authorized to advertise for a Reader-Printer for use by the Kerr County District Clerk's
Office.
Bids to be without trade-in.

p y e County, Texas.
Bids to be accepted until 5:00 o'clock P. M., Friday February 6th, 1987 in the County
Clerk's Office of Kerr County, Kerrville, Texas.
Bids must be for equipment which complies with specifications on file in the office of
the County Clerk of Kerr County.
Bids will be publicly opened on Monday, February 9th, 1987 at 10:30 o'clock A. M.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
