of a proposed salary increase for the Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. One, pursuant
to applicable laws of :the State of Texas.
It is ordered by the Court that notice be published once in the official newspaper of
Kerr county, Texas, that it is the intention of the Commissioners' Court to consider the
following proposed salary increase at a public hearing to be held in the County Courtroom of
the Kerr County Courthouse on Thursday, Januar 22nd, 1987 at 9:45 o'clock A. M., and if
approved, to implement same at the Special January Term, namely January 22nd, 1987, and that
such increase, if ordered, shall be retroactive to January 1st, 1987.

per annum per annum

approved by the Court.

On this the 12th day of January 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved a budget amendment of the Justice of the
` Peace of Precinct No. One, increasing the 1986-1987 Budget in the amount of $1239.82 ,(Salary
adjustments of Secretary and Clerk.)

NO. 17028 APPROVAL OF CHANGE OF PART-TIME POSITION OF KARYL JURECZKI, CLERK, IN THE OFFICE
OF THE JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OF PRECINCT ONE, TO A FULL-TIME POSITION
On this the 12th day of January 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded
~' by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved the request of Patricia E. Knox, Justice
of the Peace of Precinct One, to change the part-time position of KARYL JURECZKI, Clerk, to
a full-time position, effective as of January 1st, 1987, at a salary of $12,111.00 per annum,
$1,009.25 per month - $504.63 semi-monthly, payable out of the General Fund. (Pay Group 11,
Step 1)

On this the 12th day of January 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded
by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved that the discussion regarding the cost
of a telephone system for the Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. Two (Item No. 22 on Agenda
for 1/12/87) be tabled until January 22nd, 1987.
