On this the 12th day of January 1987, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Holland, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE" and Commis-
sioner Ray voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote approving that the salary of
CINDY E. SNIDER, Court Reporter of the 216th Judicial District, be fixed at $23,375.00 per
annum, Kerr County's portion being $11,220.00 per annum, effective as of January 1st, 1987,
plus reimbursement by each County, except the County in which said Reporter resides, for
travel and actual expenses for food and lodging while serving in that County, and for Court
Reporter's supplies - Kerr County's portion being $360.00 per annum.
